After more than a decade each of working in various offices across New York City, two acupuncturists — Erika Prinz Freed & Aimee Derbes — banded together to create their dream healing space, Nest Wellness, which opened in Nomad in 2019. We took all we learned from maneuvering through other people’s treatment spaces, availability that never quite fit, and unexpected lease surprises and combined those lessons with thoughtfulness, intention, and great care to create a healing oasis in Manhattan.

Currently home to a community of talented acupuncturists, holistic estheticians, craniosacral therapists, massage therapists, bodyworkers, and pilates instructors, Nest Wellness supports growth and stability for both practitioners and patients. We welcome licensed healing arts practitioners looking for a beautiful, spacious, centrally located space to offer your work.

Wifi, use of shared office and amenities (desks, laser printer, paper shredder)
Use of kitchenette with toaster oven, refrigerator, selection of teas, and Berkey water filter
Regular full days (ie, every Monday) available, with discounted rates on weekends. Half-days and hours as needed are available for established office users
